Ahhhhhh Frankie!  Our St. Barth’s steward, statesman and strategic+tactical guru...

Frankie is indeed  a “VIP concierge” (that’s was my blind google search in finding him) BUT in reality, that description is only a piece of the whole of his gifts.  Standing on the other side of our trip under his care ; I see there is an intelligence of spirit in Frankie that allowed him to bring to our week long stay the exact quality of serenity, joy and laughter with good times that each and all of us needed AND that definitively matched our uniquely nuanced group personality.  

And let me be the first to assure anyone reading this (myself as the hostess of 8 - my husband and our VERY DEAR friends who were in much beed of respite) that I did NOTHING except enjoy what Frankie suggested on our behalf, then planned, then coordinated and managed in action.  I explained to Frankie when I first contacted him that I was out an assistant and it was my first time to st. bart’s so my biggest fears for this trip were A) I would fail in serving my guests at the level of care-taking I am used to creating with my at-home staff and B) that given I have no assistant presently,  I would have to play the part of my assistant during our vacation meaning I would get no vacation!  

Frankie heard this loud and clear and he DELIVERED BEYOND my expectation in every way.  For starters I was asking Frankie to be both the strategist and the executor and to communicate with me as efficiently and effectively as though he knew me already and WOWWWWW!!!!  He did just that with an amazing skill - and this was all before we arrived!!  Every detail without fail -  from arranging our transit (in VERY specific ways that met our proclivities precisely) to coordinating with my guests assistant’s when needed, to reaching out to our villa service to take on my communications for me there while making sure HIS TEAM was in the villa and on the ground before we arrived, to SUGGESTING many things I wouldn't have thought to think of myself - like a musical group to perform at the villa at sunset wherein Frankie brought in a surprise for us - a saxophone player who we’d become enamored with at Nikki Beach 2 days prior!!  HOW did he do/know all of that?!?!  But he did!   

And of course there were all of the expected things of a VIP CONCIERGE that must be handled without fail in order for a vibrant albeit relaxing trip to be played out - restaurant/club reservations, in home food and beverage requirements, spa services (Frankies were timed perfectly and placed perfectly within the villa,) special outings for various desires, a driver + backup if needed, oh and libations - Frankie's WINE!  Oh the wine selection for our week was amazing and I had nothing to do with it beyond describing in a couple of sentences our tastes - rare and special to nail this wine one!  The sophistication in execution at such a level, on EVERY LEVEL - it’s remarkable.

In short - with very little information about our personalities prior - Frankie delivered us into the trip of our dreams.  And from there he monitored our well-being throughout; he exhibit the skill of a diplomat in balancing his need to “reach” us with our need to not have to think or answer a thing.  Throughout the trip Frankie’s in home team - a PHENOMENAL BUTLER AND CHEF who we’ve adopted in our hearts as family - worked with impeccable skill, professionalism and authenticity; they possessed the same ability to engage us and serve our needs without on overbearing requirement of our attention as does Frankie.  And they cared for us with the quality of their endearing and talented personalities, no robots on Frankie’s team - INCREDIBLE!!  It was clear to us always that Frankie was - while not at the Villa 24/7 (thank you!) - leading the team with every second of his 24/7 and that skill requires an impeccable talent; we are so grateful.

We will be back to St. Barth’s as many  times as Frankie is available to make our stay as we now have come to know it in his care - for us St. Barth’s = Frankie and his team first and foremost.

On our February 2022 visit to St. Bart’s we celebrated my big birthday. We hired a wonderful concierge, Frankie, to help make our vacation extra special. Frankie EXCEEDED  our expectations ! Frankie has a tremendous amount of contacts and resources and he goes above and beyond the bar of getting the job done. We requested a chef for our breakfasts and for food platters throughout our stay and his selection of chef yielded Alexis, who was a perfect fit for our family. Frankie made us beautiful  poolside parties in our villa, complete with beautiful decorations, music, and gourmet food. Frankie always came through to fill our villa with water, wine, champagnes, often delivering it himself.

Everything Frankie does is done from the heart, to the highest degree possible.  Frankie booked us into the best restaurants on the island, and under his reservations we always had a fabulous table.  

Everything Frankie does is with class and style. He hired a violinist for a special meal at a local restaurant, setting off a beautiful evening! If we needed to buy a certain specialty item, he was on hand to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Please note that we were generally very well-organized in advance with our special requests so that Frankie would have time to react to our requests in a timely fashion.

If you want to have an outstanding St. Bart’s vacation, whether you are at a hotel, or doing a private villa vacation, Frankie is definitely the concierge to call. He will not let you down !!!!!!!!
